PURPOSE:To reduce the heating value of a constant current element by flowing a current intermittently and reducing the power loss due to the constant current element. CONSTITUTION:When the control data CD of the transmission signal sent from a master device A is received by a terminal equipment B, a logical circuit 1 transmits the control output and the monitor input signal showing the actuation, etc. of a load 6 is supplied to the circuit 1. Then a prescribed number of return pulses are delivered to a return terminal RET of the circuit 1 and this output voltage flows to an oscillation circuit 1 according to the oscillation frequency of the circuit 2 and via a diode D to be chopped. Thus the ON period of a transistor TRQ is cut down to half when the duty of the voltage applied to the base of the TRQ is set at 50%. Then the mean current is cut down to half and therefore the power loss is also cut down to half. This reduces the heating value.
