PURPOSE:To prevent idle rotation of a rotary member or a winding roll against a fixed member by forming faces to be pressure contacted each other through a spring between a fixed member on the fixing shaft of winding roll and a rotary member to be fitted over the core member of winding roll. CONSTITUTION:Upon fitting of respective projection wall 20 of rotary cylinder 13 over the innercircumference of the core member 2a of winding roll 2, the innercircumferential face of the core member 2a is supported at two points at the opposite sides of the folding section 21a of respective springboard 21. Since the rotary resistance between said springboard 21 and the innercircumference of the core member 2a is set higher than that between a fixed tube 12 and a rotary tube 13, the winding roll 2 and the rotary tube 13 will rotate integrally to make the rotary tube 13 rotatable against the fixed tube 12. When securing the winding roll 2 to the fixing shaft 1, the supporting zigs 11, 23 are inserted through the core member 2a to the fixing shaft 1 thus to pressure contact the stopper screws 22, 24 screwed over said supporting tools 11, 23 against the fixing shaft 1. Upon pulling out of film package of winding roll 2, said roll is subjected to constant rotary resistance against the fixed shaft and rotates together with the rotary tube.
