<p>A radioactive diagnostic agent comprises (a) a unit of a polyformyl cpd. (I) such as polysaccharide dialdehyde (b), at least 2 unit of an amino-contg. bifunctional coordinate cpd. (II) bonded to the polyformyl cpd. with intervention of a CH:N or CH2NH gp. formed by condensn. of the formyl and amino, opt. followed by redn. (c) at least 1 unit of physiol. active an amino-contg. substance (III) bound to (I) similary and (d) at least radioactive metallic elements (V) each boned to the (II) through a chelating bond. (II) include dimethylenetriamine-pentacetic acid, ethylenediamine triacetic acid or 3-oxo-butylal-bis(N-methylthiosemi carbazone)carboxylic acid and ect. (V) contain Ga-67, Ga-68, In-111, Ti-201 etc. The agent is useful for drawing a certain organ, detecting a certain desease and examining physiol. active cpd's movement.</p> |
