PURPOSE:To settle the problems of improper fitting to the mating member to be connected, a step, and a gap by directly electrostatically flocking a short fiber member on the inside front surface of an inside structure member of a car via an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Two members of a front pillar outer panel 11 and a front pillar inner panel 12 are joined to each other, and end treating members 15, 16 of a synthetic resin or a synthetic rubber group are covered over the joined flange parts 13, 14 on both ends. Furthermore, a synthetic resin adhesive is coated on the inside surface 12a of the front pillar inner panel 12 which constitutes the inside construction member of a car body and, regarding this as a pair of electrodes, short fiber members 17 are directly electrostatically flocked on it. |
