PURPOSE:To prevent for the winding to get loose, vibrate and slide off, by winding the sheet impregnated with thermoset resin which contracts in the process of thermosetting inside the winding, and fastening the winding with the contraction of the sheet by thermosetting. CONSTITUTION:The metal sheet 2 held between the insulating sheets 3 is divided into two parts in the direction of the winding, and placed with a definite spacing. In the gap the sheet 16 impregnated with thermoset resin which contracts and adheres to the insulator in case of hardening is inserted, and the foil winding is fastened by hardening, contraction and adhesion of the resin. In other words, the sheets 16 impregnated with thermoset resin are wound together with the metal sheets 2 and the insulating sheet 3, and the thermoset resin is hardened to stick the sheets 16 and 3 after winding. Thus, it is prevented for the winding to get loose, vibrate and slide-off. |
