PURPOSE:To reduce both rolling force and equipment cost by cooling and giving a twist to a rolled part simultaneously to form the part totally after the part goes through between a couple of a front and back roller. CONSTITUTION:A material 11 is heated in an electric furnace and an inlet side manipulator 8 holds a dovetail 2'. When a rolling mill is ON, a top 1'a of a blade working part 1' of the material 11 is put between the front roller 6 and the back roller 7 and then an outlet side manipulator 9 holds a top holding part 4. A cooling nozzle 10 jets cooling water and the rolled part is cooled when the top 1'a is expelled from the rollers 6 and 7 after start of rolling. At that time, the outlet side manipulator 9 turns to give a twisting torque to the material 11 under giving a tensile force, thus a twist corresponding to the twist of the blade is given to the blade working part 1'. The top holding part 4 is released and the manipulator 8 pulls the material 11 out after the forming reaches a root of a forming range. |
