PURPOSE:To readily finely regulate a current by setting a plurality of current values by a potentiometer, inputting them to an analog multiplexer, and selecting the desired current value from the multiplexer by a command of a controller. CONSTITUTION:Four types of current values are set by potentiometers 32A-32D from a DC power source 30, and input in parallel with analog multiplexers 34A-34E. The multiplexers 34A-34E select the desired current values for plating tanks 10A-10E by a write signal 36 and an analog selection signal 38 form a controller 18. For example, when the value of the potentiometer 32A is selected to the tank 10A, the value is input by the signal 36, the A0 of the selection signal is set to '1', A1, A2 are set to '0', and output at 40 to drive a rectifier 12A. Thus, the plating current is finely regulated in an analog manner with a simple circuit. |
