<p>The so-called mixed structure type beams for buildings are comprised of concrete having embedded therein a metal girder formed with a base plate (1), along the median line of which a so-called lattice structure is applied by welding, being made of a web (2) which is welded to the base plate (1) and supports an upper stringer comprising one or more section irons (4, 4 min ) welded to the web (2). According to the invention this metal girder is improved so as to reduce up to the 40% the weight of iron required for its preparation, what is obtained by welding the firder web (2) to the base plate (1) parallel to the median line (X) of the latter and at a distance therefrom at least sufficient for the lattice structure to be comprised in one of the two longitudinal half portions of the base plate (1).</p> |
