<p>The pipe coupling (10) comprises a pair of opposed flanges (16) each flange being adapted to be positioned generally about a pipe end (12, 14) and urged towards the other flange by suitable fastening means (18), each flange being associated with an inwardly extending flange sleeve (20), and a coupling sleeve (24) located between the flange sleeves and adapted to bridge the pipe ends, each end of the coupling sleeve and/or the inner end of the flange sleeve being adapted to receive a seal means (22) which is preferably a teflon seal.</p> |
