PURPOSE:To improve the position accuracy and the acceleration by providing auxiliary coils at both sides of main coils of a movable element, and connecting so as to become the same pulse as a main coil in reverse excitation, thereby reducing an interference magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:A movable element 1 is movably engaged with a stator 2 arranged with poles 3 by a through hole 6 of a cylindrical housing 5. A pair of auxiliary coils 11a, 11b and 11c, 11d are provided at both side of main coils 8, 9 inside the housing 5, a permanent magnet 12 is provided between the coils 8 and 9 to form movable teeth 10a-10d, and movable pole teeth 13 are formed to displace at 1/2 pitch of the poles 3. Auxiliary coils 11a, 11b are reversely wound to the main coil 8, and the coils 11c, 11d are reversely wound to the coil 9 and connected to excite reversely in the same pulse as the main coil. Thus, the interfering magnetic fluxes of the movable teeth 10a-10d are reduced to improve the position accuracy and the acceleration, and to reduce the weight. This is adapted for an NC machine tool and a printer head. |
