PURPOSE:To increase work efficiency without necessity of replacing a reinforcing bar in case of bending the back and forth both end parts of the reinforcing bar by arranging a reaction receiver at the upstream side and downstream side of a bending die thereagainst. CONSTITUTION:A rotary roller 13 lifts the main body 20 of a bender so as to coincide with the line of transfer conveyor 21 and regular size conveyor 22 and simultaneously pushes up selected stopper 23a. The reinforcing bar is advanced upto the stopper 23a, the main body 20 of the bender is pushed down until a bending die 12 comes into contact with the reinforcing bar 5 and the reinforcing bar 5 is supported by the head part 14a of a reaction receiver 14. The engaging lever 16a of a set cylinder 16 comes under a guide rod 15 to support. The reinforcing bar 5 is bent in L shape with rotating the bender main body 20. The bender main body 20 is again lifted by returning the bender main body 20, reaction receiver 14 and set cylinder 16 to the original state. A stopper 23f is raised and the reinforcing bar is advanced. The bender main body 20 is descended until a bending die 12 touches the reinforcing bar 5, which is supported by the head part 17a of a reaction receiver 17. the reinforcing bar 5 is bent in L shape with the rotation of the bender main body 20. |
