PURPOSE:To make replacement of linear rope easier, by changing one end of the rope to fix from the bracket of the silo body to a rotary ring, after winding the rope half round on the center post, with the rotation of the rotary ring. CONSTITUTION:If the wire rope 10 at the bottom of a silo is cut, it will be squeezed to the periphery of the silo 10, by resistance of the stored material, and the rope 10 cut out from the neighbouring brackets 6a and 6b is removed. Then a new rope 10 is fixed with one end at the bracket 8a of the rotary ring 7, and the other end at the bracket 9 on the silo body. Then, the rotary ring 7 is rotated one round counterclockwise, and the rope 10 is wound half round on the center post 5. After that, the other end of the rope 10 is removed from the bracket 9 at the silo body, and fixed at the other bracket 8b of the rotary ring 7. Thus, the replacement of the wire rope 10 is completed. |
