<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to miniaturize a tank by a method wherein a stud for binding a coil is produced by an insulated substance, such as resin and distance between a hollow coil and the stud is made narrow sufficiently. CONSTITUTION:Before air core coil 1 is housed in a tank 5, the air core 1 is placed on a lower metal fixing 3 through a pedestal 9, and an electrostatic shield 10, an upper creep-insulating substance 11, pressing coil metal fixing 12 and a bolt 13 are installed between the upper section of the air core coil 1 and a cover 6, and a stud 4 is fixed by binding of a screw section 18 between the cover 6 and the lower metal fixing 3. The upper whole contents is suspended to the cover 6 from the lower metal fixing 3 and is housed in the tank 5 as it is. After housing, the cover 6 is fixed to the tank 5. By this fixture, the tank itself bears a part of warping force. Thereby, the miniature tank can be produced as the tank to house the air core coil.</p> |
