发明名称 OPERATING METHOD OF RAW MATERIAL STORAGE INSTALLATION FOR BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain always the specified sieving efficiency and to stabilize the operation of a blast furnace by adjusting the feeding and supplying rate of the raw material from each raw material hopper to a sieving machine according to the raw material storage quantity in the raw material hopper thereby maintaining the specified load of the sieving machine. CONSTITUTION:The previous remaining quantity of a storage device 15 is corrected by a calculator 14 from the weight difference between in/out of a detector 11 for the weight of the charge in the raw material hopper and a detector 13 for the feeding rate of each hopper. The remaining quantity of the device 15 is compared and discriminated according to the conditions of a feeding rate setter 16 for every kind of the same raw material and the set value of the feeding rate of every raw material hopper is calculated in such a manner that the total feeding rate of the same raw material and attains the predetermined rate. The calculated set value is stored in a comparator 18 for the feeding rate of each raw material hopper and is determined as the reference rate to stop a feeding device 19. The device 19 starts feeding upon receipt of the signal from a sequencer 20 for charging to the blast furnace and thereafter the stopping of the device 19 is individually executed for every hopper so as to obtain the prescribed feeding rate from the comparison with the detector 13 by the comparator 18.
