PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of transporting natural gas by performing heta exchange between pressurized natural gas and condensed water of a staeam turbine, and heating the condensed water with heat of exhaust gas of a gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:Natural gas pressurized by compressors 2, 4 is cooled by a heat exchanger 16 and transported to a consumption place. Condensed water of a steam turbine 3 for driving the compressor 4 is supplied as a cooling fluid to the heat exchanger 16. The condensed water heated by the heat exchanger 16 is further heated with exhaust gas of a gas turbine 1 for driving the compressor 2 by a waste heat boiler 9, and then supplied to the steam turbine 3. Therefore, waste heat from the gas turbine and heat which natural gas has are collected without being wasted to transport natural gas with good efficiency.
