PURPOSE:To apply dynamic mapping by a command from a central processing unit without provision of an address converter by constituting the system that a dynamic address setting circuit changing an address setting value is provided. CONSTITUTION:No address designation register 10 exists at the initial state, thus no coincidence signal is outputted from a comparator circuit 11 of an address selection circuit 2 and no memory array 1 is selected. In writing address information corresponding to an address A is this state from a central processing unit 8 on an address designation register 10 in the address selection circuit 2 of a memory device M2 assigned to an address C, the space of the memory array 1 of the memory M2 is moved physically from the location of the address C to the location of the address A, and the location of the address C is a memory layout in which no real memory is loaded. Thus, when the central processing unit 8 accesses the address A, the memory array 1 of the memory M2 is accessed.
