PURPOSE:To enable the prolongation of lifetime by securing good contacts by providing an annular elastic section between the base end and the contact point. CONSTITUTION:The socket pin is annular in the elastic section 45 provided between the base end 41 and the contact point 42 and has two bends 44 and 44'. Because of dispersion of stress to two parts, the burden of one bend lightens. Therefore, the elastic lifetime of the bend prolongates, and good contacts can be obtained. For the purpose of evenly dispersing stress, it is preferable to form the annular elastic section 45 out of two triangular members which are located in the relation of mirror images. This construction can always secure good contacts and prolongate the lifetime. |
