PURPOSE:To draw a conductor to an inserting groove and fix it securely there by providing a port for drawing a vacuum which connects to a conductor- inserting groove of the front mold. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum port 1f is arranged to connect to the bottom part of a conductor-inserting groove 1d of the front mold. After a conductor 3 is inserted into the conductor-inserting groove 1d, vacuumization is carried out through the vacuum port 1f to draw and fix the conductor 3 to the mold. Even when the mold registration with a rear mold 1c is conducted, the conductor 3 is inserted securely and tightly into the conductor-inserting groove 1e of the rear mold 1c without deviation. Since the conductor 3 is attracted by vacuum to the front mold 1b even at a release, hardened insulating material remains on the front mold 1b and then the insulating material is taken by the extrusion of a knock-out pin 5 out of the front mold 1b.
