PURPOSE:To contrive to warm the human body from a subcutaneous tissue by heating action due to the molecule vibration in side of the human body by absorbing radiated far infrared rays by a method wherein a far infrared rays radiating surface is formed by film-shaped coating and heat treatment of a far infrared rays radiating paint made of an alumina main raw material on the surface of a main body of a hollow cubic-shaped radiating body. CONSTITUTION:A far infrared rays radiating surface 2 is formed as followed, that is, a paint made of alumina as main raw material is painted in film manner with thickness of more than several mum, desirably more than 20mum, on the surface of a radiating body main body 1. The main body 1 is formed in cylindrical shape from a metal plate having excellent heat resistance and anticorrosion, and processed by heat treatment for volatilizing a solvent. A far infrared rays radiating paint is made of following materials, that is, a single alumina having a particle diameter less than 120mum and a purity more than 85%, or a mixture of single or more than two kind inorganic oxide powder such as a said alumina, titanium, silicon, zirconium and the like. The above materials are mixed at the ratio of less than 50% in weight, and the mixture is used after dispersing in a binder such as a silicon resin, a phosphate or a silicate and the like. |
