PURPOSE:To improve the state of light collection according to the angle of incidence of the sunshine all the time by changing the direction of the optical axis of a concave reflecting mirror according to variation in the angle of incidence of the sunshine and also varying the curvature of a reflecting film according to the angle between the optical axis and sunshine. CONSTITUTION:A rotating shaft 6 and a link 11 are rotated by a motor, etc., as shown by an arrow so that the like 11 becomes parallel to the sunshine. The rotating shaft 6 is directed invariably to a light collecting part 12. Consequently, the concave reflecting mirror 1 also moves according to variation in the angle of incidence of the sunshine and reflected light is converged on the prolongation of the rotating shaft 6. The reflecting film 3 deforms spherically through the evacuation of a suction nozzle 4 to form a concave reflecting surface with specific curvature. The curvature of the reflecting surface varies according to the position of the opening end of the suction nozzle 4, so the cam surface shape of a cam 8 where the rear end part of the suction nozzle 4 abuts is set properly to vary shift the opening end position of the suction nozzle 4 automatically according to the angle theta of incidence, thereby maintaining an invariably optimum light convergence state.
