PURPOSE:To check the capability of a circuit to be detected with high accuracy by combining a shift register, a selector and an adder to simplify the circuit constitution and make a variable level step fine. CONSTITUTION:A selector 31 selecting either of a data DA2 obtained by shifting full scale data DA1 toward a low-order bit by one bit and all zero data DA3 is provided, and output data DA4 of the output data of the selector 31 and the full scale data DA1 are added by an adder 33. The added data is shifted by shift registers 37, 37 and data of one stage of the register 37 is selected by a selector 39 and a switch 32 and led out. Thus, many data having missing bit are generated in the register 37 to check the capability of the circuit to be detected with high accuracy. |
