PURPOSE:To inhibit impression of voltage to both start/return coils when a disaster prevention equipment is not controlled by comparing control signals from a control switch and a relay contact respectively. CONSTITUTION:An output is given from a relay control circuit 5 to activate a relay 6, a voltage is impressed from a contact 7 to a start coil 2 to set a disaster equipment 1. A control relay 10 is turned on, a control relay contact 11b is opened and a contact 11a is closed. When the relay 6 is restored, a voltage is impressed from the relay contact 7 to a restoration coil 3. In this case, the relay 10 keeps turning on. When the disaster prevention equipment 1 is turned off, a control switch 8 is turned off and the relay 10 is turned off. No voltage is outputted to terminals VA, VB. |
