PURPOSE:To realize a subroutine attended with high speed and flexible saving of register contents by copying in parallel the register contents between register arrays of plural register arrays comprising plural registers is parallel even for the plural registers. CONSTITUTION:A register section consists of plural (N=4) register arrays 1-4 comprising plural arrays (M=8) of registers R, plural [MX(N-1)] register copy means 51-53, a level command means 9 and plural (N-1) mask information storage means 6-8. The level command means 9 stores a value commanding a desired register array in the register arrays 1-4, the mask information storage means 6-8 store the mask information in the unit of rows for each column (0-N-1) of the register copy means 51-53 over plural numbers M individually and the register copy means 51-53 transfer only the register content stored in a designated row in existence between rows of each register array in an optional direction.
