PURPOSE:The titled liquefied preparation that is obtained by solubilizing cellulose or cell walls by allowing enzymes act on sea weeds and liquefying them, thus causing no sedimentation, when it is stored for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:Seaweeds such as WAKAME, sea tangle or sea laver is combined with water at a ratio of 1/5 and enzymes such as alpha-amylase is added and they are heated up to 20-60 deg.C under stirring to solubilize cellulose or cell walls to effect liquefaction. Then, the product is heated at 80-95 deg.C for about 5min to deactivate the enzymes. |
