PURPOSE:To package the titled powder in a manner to keep from getting moldy and from discoloration, by forming powder in an arbitrary form, placing the formed powder on a specific synthetic resin thin plate, covering the powder with a synthetic resin film, and sucking the air from the bottom while melting the covering synthetic resin film. CONSTITUTION:A pair of vertically dividable molds 1 having a cavity of the shape of KAGAMI-MOCHI (a round mirror-shaped rice-cake offered to a deity) is joined together, powder 2 such as sugar is filled and pressed into the cavity from above to obtain a solidified powder having the shape of KAGAMI-MOCHI, the formed sugar 2A is taken out of the mold, turned upside down (i.e. to the normal posture), and placed on a thermoplastic resin film 3 such as PE film placed on a mesh table 5 and having plurality of small holes capable of passing air but unable to pass the sugar particles 2. A film 6 for container which is a thermally meltable synthetic resin film is placed on the formed sugar 2A, melted with a heater, and sucked by operating the suction device 7 under the table 5. The sugar 2A is covered and packaged with the film, and at the same time, the film 6 is welded to the film 3. Thereafter, the heater and the suction device 7 are stopped and the packaged sugar is cooled to obtain the objective product. |
