POLYPEPTIDE SECRETION DEVELOPMENT VECTOR, MICROORGANISM TRANSFORMED WITH SAME, AND PRODUCTION OF POLYPEPTIDE WITH MICROORGANISM

PURPOSE:To produce the same polypeptide as that occurring naturally, by cultivating a microorganism transformed with a vector containing a DNA base sequency to code a specific fused polypeptide, and collecting a secreted polypeptide. CONSTITUTION:A microorganisms transformed with a vector containing a DNA base sequence to code a fused polypeptide wherein a DNA base sequence to code signal peptide is directly connected to a DNA base sequence to code the aimed polypeptide is cultivated, and screted polypeptide is collected, to produce a polypeptide. Consequently, although it is difficult to obtain the same polypeptide as that occurring naturally by genetic engineering method, it can be produced directly from a host cell by the above-mentioned method.
