PURPOSE:To eliminate adverse effects of electrostatic charging on a photographic image and a human body by installing a destaticizing means on the course of processing transportation of a silver halide photographic sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide photosensitive material 9 touches rollers 10-13, 15-17 in a cabient 4 first in a printing step in the course of processing transportation of the material 9 and the charge accumulated by the contacts is erased with the destaticizing means 27 installed at the outlet of the cabinet 4. Then, in a developing step, the charge accumulated in the material 9 with the contacts with a large number of conveying rollers arranged in a drying section 24 is erased with a destaticizing means 27 installed in the course leading to a winding magazine 26. Further, in a cutting step, the charge accumulated in the material 9 is erased with a destaticizing means 38 installed just behind the cutter edge 36 by cutting each print with the edge 36, thus permitting adverse effects due to charging occurring in each step to be prevented. |
