PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus which enables emergency analysis to interrupt into a routine analysis, by providing mark indicating sections at specimen samplers corresponding to respective specimen cup holding sections while a mark detector is provided to control the driving of the specimen sampler according to a signal thereof. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 4 for mark indication are provided outside a line 3 provided with specimen cup holding sections 2 of a turn table 1 of an automatic analyzer, for example, a turn table type unit corresponding thereto 2. When there is no space available in an empty holding section 2', a routine cup is replaced with a specimen cup for emergency inspection and a marking device 6 such as colored tag is put into the groove 4 corresponding to the cup and then, the table 1 is fed quickly by a command from a CPU 20 by switching ON a control panel 22. As the emergency specimen cup 5 is fed to a specimen distributing position, the table 1 is stopped with a mark detector comprising a light source 8, a slit 11 and a light emitting unit 9 and a specimen is distributed into a reaction tube 16 of a reaction line 15 from the cup 5 with a nozzle 13 of a distributor 12. After the end of the distribution, the routine analysis is resumed. |
