PURPOSE:To enable the application for a sample of varied shapes, by employing an original wire winding mechanism combining a wire and a plate spring. CONSTITUTION:A body 6 is mounted on a sample 1 with magnet 5. The body 6 is equipped with a linear way detector section and a rotating direction detector section, has a wire 8 and a plate spring 9 for winding the wire at the linear way detector section and the rotation thereof is detected with a detector 10. In the detection of the rotating direction, the body 6 is rotated by the tension of the wire 8 and the relative rotation of the magnet 5 and the body 6 is checked with a detector 7. |
