PURPOSE:To prevent an ill influence on the image pickup tube by an errored incidence of strong light to the tube by providing in the television lens part a selecting-switch controlling circuit that selects as giving priority to the control signal from the television camera. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 14 in a control box 9 mounted on the operational stem of the television camera is made on, the diaphragm control is performed by the signal from a manual operation potentiometer 11 in the box 9. In this state, a signal 13 for forced electric signal of high priority is inputted to a controlling circuit 12 from a television camera part 1, the priority order of the controlling signal is decided in the circuit 12, and the selecting switch 8 is changed to the camera 1 side. Consequently, the controlling circuit 12 controls the diaphragm in the television camera part 3 based on the controlling signal from the camera 1 side.
