PURPOSE:To obtain a stable magnetic attraction force characteristics without any deformation in each process by connecting, by means of a rigid body, both facing pole portions between which a center pole portion is sandwiched and keeping a space constant. CONSTITUTION:Facing pole portions 21a and 21a on both terminals of a yoke 21 are connected by a rigid body 28 composed of a magnetic substance formed in particular, and space C1 between the facing pole portions 21a is kept constant. Therefore, during processes such as unifying of the yoke 21 and an iron core, that treatment, plating and transporting, the space between the facing pole portions 21a is not changed and kept constant. When an electromagnet device is assembled using this yoke 21, a space C2 between facing pole portions 21a of the yoke 21 is kept constant by the rigid body 28 as a connecting piece, and a dispersion of magnetic characteristics is prevented in producing the electromagnet device in large quantities and a stability of it is obtained. |
