发明名称 TEMPERATURE DETECTING SECTION STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRONIC THERMOMETER
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve a higher economy along with a better heat response, by using a sensor cap and a metal case for oscillating elements in common. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detector section 1 is made up of a sensor cap 2 made of a heat conducting material and a temperature sensor section 3 sealed thereinto. The sensor section 3 is made up of a vibrator 4, an insulator 5 with a better thermal conductivity, a seal plate 6 and connection electrodes 7a and 7b. These electrodes 7a and 7b are provided piercing the seal plate 6 and held securely. When the sensor section 3 is mounted on the cap 2, the surface of the insulator 5 is adhered to the inner face of the tip of the cap 2. As the outside temperature is transmitted to the vibrator 4 through the insulator 5 from the cap 2, this detecting section 1 is better in the thermal conductivity. Thus, only one case is enough thereby making the structure economical.
