PURPOSE:To inspect constraint of a resource inherent in a specified kind of one chip microcomputer by storing the information of the resource in a series in an evaluating chip, and validating and invalidating a function of each resource based on this storage. CONSTITUTION:A resource control area is stored in an RAM 17 through an IOA 15 from the outside, and subsequently, a strobe signal is inputted from an IOB 16, and resource control information stored in the RAM 17 is stored in an LATCH 18. In this state, a CEC 19 inhibits the use of a CPU 11, when a signal line 22 is ''0'', and makes the CPU 11 useable, when said line is ''1''. A CEA 20 inhibits the use of an RAME 12, when a signal line 23 is ''0'', and makes the RAMA 12 usable, when said line is ''1'', and a CEB 21 inhibits the use of an RAMB 13, when a signal line 24 is ''0'', and makes the RAMB 13 usable, when said line is ''1''. For instance, when ''110'' is stored in the LATCH 18, the RAMB 13 is inhibited from its use, and a program which has been generated in order to contain it in a kind having no RAMB 13 on one chip can be evaluated exactly. |
