摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the decomposition of a sample while reducing the analysis time, by employing a pressure crucible made of teflon for the decomposition container of the sample and chloric acid and boric acid for the decomposition reagent. CONSTITUTION:In a quantitative analysis on copper in stainless steel using an atomic absorption spectrochemical photometer, a pressure crucible made of teflon is employed for the decomposition container of a sample and chloric acid and boric acid for the decomposition reagent. The pressure crucible made of teflon is used for the decomposition container of the sample because the use of a conical beaker made of glass or a platinum crucible as decomposition container mades boric acid inapplicable as decomposition reagent of the sample, hence inevitable requiring various decomposition methods. by contrast, the use of the pressure crucible made of teflon facilitates the decomposition of Ti. Al and Si hard to decompose in the sample. The use of chloric acid and boric acid as decomposition reagent facilitates the decomposition of the sample thereby unifying the dissolving methods for 17 elements.
