PURPOSE:To reduce a work quantity, to save energy such as electric power, etc., and to reduce fatigue of an electric installation by executing automatically operation, a stop, or turn-on, turn-off, etc. of the electric installation such as an air conditioner, a lighting apparatus, etc., in accordance with locked and unlocked states of a building. CONSTITUTION:Locked and unlocked states are inputted periodically through a data input device 3, namely, brought to sampling, and based on its data, an electric installation is controlled by an operation of a CPU 1. First of all, in case of a locked state, other lock number is fetched by an other lock number area 24 which is stored in advance, a state of these other locks is checked by a present state area 21, and whether all other locks are locked or not is decided. When all the locks are locked, a turn-off output of the corresponding (namely, the same) illuminating apparatus is executed and also a stop output of the air conditioner is executed in referring to an illumination number area 25 and an air conditioner number area 26. On the other hand, among the related locks, in case even one is unlocked, a bypass turn-off and the stop output are not executed. |
