PURPOSE:To perform identification quickly by receiving an identification request signal by an identification request signal received provided in the gate side and collating the output of the receiver with contents of a set memory of a prescribed important business by a signal identification circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a body to be identificated such as a human body carries an accessory and approaches a prescribed gate, the accessory receives a start request signal from the gate side, and the identification request signal having contents which are stored preliminarily as an individual memory is transmitted and is received by the identification request signal receiver in the gate side and is collated with prescribed contents of the set memory, where prescribed important businesses for all members or the like are preliminarily stored, by the signal identification circuit. Then, an acceptance/rejection identificating signal is transmitted from the signal identification circuit.
