PURPOSE:To maintain the attracting engagement against the movement of mounting surface by clamping a pair of clampers via inlaid holes on the mounting surface at one position to allow it to tilt. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic member 2 attracted and mounted on one pole (a) of a permanent magnet 1, and a ferromagnetic member 3 contacted with the other pole (b) are detachably attracted through a hole 1a. In this case, both or one nonattracting surfaces 2b, 3b of the members 2, 3 are coated by plastic nonmagnetic material 4. The nonmagnetic material 4 is raised substantially at the center of the surfaces 2b, 3b to pass yarn inlaid holes 5a, 6a of raised nonmagnetic members 5, 6. Then, the direction of the attracting surface is not constant, but can be tilt freely. Thus, the attracting surfaces of the clampers A, B are correctly opposed to be strongly engaged. |
