PURPOSE:To attain positioning with high accuracy by using a photodetector provided in parallel with X and Y axis directions so as to detect a transmitted light of a body to be positioned. CONSTITUTION:A printed board 1 placed on a table 2 is moved to the initial position, a pulse number setting circuit 34 and a moving direction setting circuit 35 drive pulse motors 3, 4, which are moved to a specified position. The detecting state of a photo sensor 7 (X1, X2, Y1, Y2) is read, a mode discrimination circuit 33 repeats the body, which is positioned repetitively until a position control end signal 43 is received. |
