PURPOSE:To maintain the shape of an electron gun component and stabilize its continuous production and quality by using a material, which is permeated by a laser beam and having heat resistance and not assimilated with the electron gun component, for a supporter supporting the electron gun component for assembly. CONSTITUTION:A supporter 15 is inserted into a cylinder 1 to press the support 2 to this cylinder 1. Next, a laser beam 3 is radiated from the support 2 side to weld both of them, and an electron gun component is assembled. Quartz glass, which is permeated by a laser beam 3 and having heat resistance and not assimilated or alloyed with the cylinder 1, is used for the supporter 15, for example. The supporter 15 using transparent quartz glass is not assimilated with the member of the electron gun component and is excellent in heat resistance, thus its life is semi-permanent, and it can be produced continuously. |
