PURPOSE:To increase a torque and to reduce a cogging by bending the pole of a salient pole in U-shape to form a slot hole between adjacent poles. CONSTITUTION:A circuit board 6 is superposed on a stator yoke plate 5 of a brushless motor, and a drive circuit is formed by mounting drive circuit parts for driving a drive coil 3. A core 2 is mounted through a bearing 7 on the plate 5, and a plurality of radial salient poles 1 and poles 4 of wide ends are formed at the core 2. The coils 3 of the phases are split and wound on the core 2. The rotor 8 is formed by mounting a magnet 10 on a rotor plate 9, and supporting a rotational shaft 11 by the bearing 7. In this case, the poles 4 of the pole 1 are bent in U-shape as seen downward from the magnet 10 side. Thus, an air gap between the adjacent poles 4 and the board 6 increases, a Hall element is contained therein to reduce the size. |
