摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the titled device which the easy orientation of the magnetic field of a molding and with which a green compact having high density is obtd. by constituting the dry process cold hydrostatic press device attached with a pulse magnetic field coil and static magnetic field coil in such a manner that powder molding is executed within the magnetic field of said device. CONSTITUTION:The powder (slurried or dry powder) 5 is charged into urethane rubber 4 and thereafter an upper punch 8 and a filter 10 are mounted and a lower punch 9 is risen to pressurize the powder. The pulse magnetic field coil 2 is then excited and while the powder 5 is oriented, the coil 2 is cooled by the cooling system shown in the figure. The static magnetic field coil 1 is excited right after the completion of the pulse excitation to generate the static magnetic field by making use of a press frame 7 to maintain the orientation of the powder 5. The powder 5 is then pressurized in the static magnetic field and after the maintaining of the pressurization is completed, the excitation of the coil 1 is stopped and the stop valve is gradually released to release the pressurization. A cylinder 14 for attaching and detaching the treated material is then lowered to disassemble the filter 10 and the rubber 4 in this order and the treated material is taken out.
