PURPOSE:To prevent the crack or damage due to bending by removing the inside conductor of the bent of a coil. CONSTITUTION:A plane coil is formed of a conductor coil pattern 22 disposed on one main surface of an insulating substrate 21, and a metal layer 27 disposed on the other main surface. In this case, metal layers 30, 31 of the inside of the bent portion is removed in the bent portion of the plane coil. Thus, it can prevent the crack or damage due to bending. |
