PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain address signals having lower rate errors than conventional ones by recording code signals indicating picture numbers into respective two memories beforehand and outputting the first code signal stored in the memory to output an address signal when any errors are detected in the second code signal. CONSTITUTION:A picture number code PN2 which is always compensated for drop-out by means of a switch 10 is inputted as a signal P.D in a digital signal processing circuit 6, and address signals are reproduced to control a reproducing device. When the picture number code PN2 is judged an error data by an error code detecting circuit 11, this signal sets a flip flop 12 and switches the switch 10. Simultaneously, the picture number code PN1 which stored in a shift register 7a is read out to send to the digital signal processing circuit 6, resulting in outputting an address signal by this signal.
