<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of always standing by many exclusive winding machines by associating automatic altering mechanisms for a coil wire type, a coil diameter, number of turns of the coil and the shape of the coil. CONSTITUTION:Six winding rods 15 are arrayed to be disposed at the vertexes of a regular hexagonal shape of obtain a coil of regular hexagonal shape, the rods 15 are synchronously slid along a guide rail 35, and secured at an arbitrary position to obtain a regular hexagonal coil having an arbitrary diameter. Further, when a coil of square shape is desired to be formed, the all rods 15 are once concentrated at the innermost side position of the rail 35, four rods 15 are then selected, moved in the outer peripheral direction of the rail 35, selected at the position for forming the desired square shape and may be secured.</p> |
