PURPOSE:To readily manufacture a lap cut wound core by winding an amorphous sheet on a bobbin while alternately varying the winding direction at every one time to simply cut after annealing the core without using a precise cutter. CONSTITUTION:A long amorphous sheet 16 wound on a drum 15 is secured at the end 11a to a die 12. Then, the die 12 is rotated by one revolution to wind the sheet 11, the sheet 11 is then bent to alter the winding direction at 180 deg.. The die 12 is rotated reversely by one revolution, the sheet 11 is bent at the position slightly displaced from the previous bending position, and altered in the winding direction at 180 deg.. Then, the diode 12 is rotated by one revolution, the bending of the sheet 11 is repeated to form a lap cut wound core 13 having a lap cut 14. |
