NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I [R is phenyl, thienyl, allyl, pyridyl, pyrrolidonyl or group of formula II (A is 1-4C alkyl); X is group of formula III (B is 1-3C alkyl), formula IV (n is 1-3), formula V (m is 0-2) or formula VI (l is 1-3; D and E are B)] and its pharmacologically permissible salt. EXAMPLE:4-(4'-Methoxy)phenyloxy-4-phenyl-1-(4-methyl)-piperazinyl-1-ox obutane. USE:Medicine. Useful for the amelioration and remedy of symptoms caused by the organic disorder in brain and pathergasia. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I wherein X is group of formula II, formula IV or formula V can be prepared by reacting gamma-phenyl-gamma- butyrolactone with the compound of formula R-H in a solvent such as ether, in the presence of a base at room temperature, and carrying out the dehydration reaction of the resultant compound of formula VII with the amine of formula Y-H (Y is group of formula II, formula IV or formula V) under refluxing. |
