PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a cooling pipe due to thermal expansion by forming a filler which is filled between grooves with a bottom provided in a cooling pipe holding plate and a cooling pipe to allow a refrigerant to pass with mixed powder which has carbon as a main component. CONSTITUTION:A cooling device which is inserted between the unit cells of a fuel cell is provided in a cooling pipe holding plate 1 and is provided within grooves 2 with a bottom provided in the cooling pipe holding plate 1, and it is provided with a cooling pipe 3 to allow a refrigerant to pass and a filler which is filled between the cooling pipe 3 and the grooves 2 with the bottom. And an insulating layer 4 is provided in the outer periphery of the cooling pipe 3. It is possible to prevent the thermal deformation of the cooling pipe 3 by forming the filler with mixed powder 5a which has carbon as a main component. |
