<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the quantitative limit of a menu by separating a template menu and a program relating to said menu and modifying the template menu without altering the program. CONSTITUTION:A menu member on a menu defining file 1 is specified, and the symbol of the menu member taken out of said file is displayed on a menu display part 6. The appropriate symbol among those of the menu member is specified to output its symbol code. When the display area of a screen display part 10 on which the symbol of the symbol code is displayed is specified by a display area indicating means, the coordinate signal of the display area is generated. In response to the outputted symbol code and the generated coordinate signal. the symbol of the symbol code is displayed in the display area of the specified screen display part 10.</p> |
