PURPOSE:To scan a beam mechanically at a high speed and prevent the depth of a CRT or the like from being made deep by relatively rotating an outer tube and an inner tube and scanning the beam up and down or to the left and right with the slit of the outer tube and the slit of the inner tube. CONSTITUTION:Only the intersection of the slit 4 of an outer tube 1 and the slit 5 of an inner tube 2 is the penetration point through the outside of the outer tube 1 and the inside of the inner tube 2. Electrons from an electron source 3 pass only this point to go outside. When the outer tube 1 and inner tube 2 are relatively rotated, this penetration hole is moved. The moving speed can be increased by increasing the number of slits of the inner tube 2 or increasing the rotating speed. |
