PURPOSE:To enable whole automation of a mold and to contrive unification of molding terms and an improvement in quality, by performing automatically cleaning of the mold, unloading of a molded article, loading of a flame and throwing of a tablet by moving a robot in a reciprocating state along the mold. CONSTITUTION:When a robot 23 is moved to a position corresponding to molds 11, 12, an article molded by the mold 12 in advance is taken in the inside of the robot 23 by an unloader and purification is performed by removing foreign matters through cleaning of the surface of the mold 12 by a mold cleaning part 26, in a first station 24 which is confronted by the mold 12. On the one hand, as for a second station 25 which is confronted by the mold 11, loading is completed by setting the same so that flames F are conveyed onto a cavity 18 by a flame loader part 28 one by one and a hole FH of the same is fitted over a guide pin of a mold 11B, and as for a tablet throwing part 29, a resin tablet R heated by a preheater 43 is carried in a cull plunger 20 for setting. |
